Historically today is known as summer solstice. The longest day of the year that is, but for me today will be remembered as one of the most memorable days in Pakistan Cricket history. A day where Younis Khan lifted Pakistan's first major World Cricket title for 17 years at the home of cricket which I was fortunate enough to witness live at Lords. Also, a day where Boom Boom smashed 124 as Pakistan posted their highest ever ODI total. 21st June: A day of unforgettable Pakistan cricket brilliance. Below is a photo I captured as the celebrations amongst the Pakistan fans erupted in St John's Wood in 2009.
